LOCATIONS

Welcome to Revelation Lodge, a hidden gem nestled on Mountain Road in the stunning Columbia-Shuswap region of British Columbia, Canada. Whether you’re making turns down the slopes or enjoying a leisurely day in the mountains, this lodge stands out as the premier day lodge on the mountain. Accessible directly from the top of the Revelation Gondola, it offers more than just a pit stop; it’s a haven for skiers and snowboarders alike.

As you step inside, the inviting atmosphere welcomes you to a diverse menu filled with classic ski lodge staples such as savory chili and juicy burgers. But that’s just the beginning. For those seeking something different, Revelation Lodge also tempts your palate with delightful options like butter chicken and pho. The food quality has consistently impressed guests, with many like Peter Doten and Raoul Bhatt finding the flavors remarkably satisfying after a day on the slopes.

Yes, the prices align with resort expectations, but the quality of the dishes often surpasses what one might anticipate for a cafeteria-style setting. Enjoy your meal while soaking in breathtaking views of the Columbia River and the surrounding valley. The outdoor deck is an ideal spot to sip your drink, basking in the beauty of a sunny day.

However, be mindful of the seating situation; as Andrew Harrington points out, it is essential for the lodge to manage seating to ensure paying customers can comfortably enjoy their meals. This has sparked conversations about designated areas for guests who bring their own food, reminding us that while the views and food are exceptional, a little extra organization could enhance the dining experience.

Beyond its culinary offerings, Revelation Lodge has also earned accolades as a stunning wedding venue. A glowing review from Caitlyn Hides celebrated its attentive service and delicious cuisine, affirming that the lodge caters to those looking to create lasting memories in a beautiful setting.

So whether you're warming up after a run or celebrating a special occasion, Revelation Lodge is your go-to spot on the mountain. Explore the menu, relish the atmosphere, and take in the splendid views. This lodge promises a delightful retreat whether you’re indulging in a quick lunch or a romantic evening under the stars.

The only real day lodge on the mountain. The menu isn't huge but has usual ski lodge staples like chili and burgers. Some other tasty options like butter chicken and pho as well. I had something different everything every day and enjoyed all of it. Resort prices as expected. It grinds my gears a bit though when seating is limited and paying customers can't find places to sit due to people that brought their own food.

This was good as ski-hill, cafeteria-style restaurants go. Good quality food, prices were not outrageous. Free drinking water, sufficient bathrooms. Main complaint was they allowed brown bagging in general seating. I would say non paying guests occupy 80% + of seating. Nothing against brown-bagging it, but the resort should designate and manage designated seating areas for this. Been awhile since I’ve seen this to this level. Don’t know why the resort wouldn’t manage this.

Great for lunch on a ski day, they have a good grill selection (better than your average ski resort!). Beautiful view on a sunny day, and there's a patio where you can enjoy a beer. The food is a little pricey but that's expected for a ski resort :) I have also attended a wedding here, it was such a stunning venue!! Drinks on the that patio in the evening were so lovely

Glad to have this lodge accessible from the top of the Revelation Gondola. The cafeteria food service is a little disappointing with a que for ordering hot food and tray services for soup and sandwiches. There is a nice bar area at the far and of the building and the outside deck is an amazing place to overlook the Columbia River and the valley.

Convenient pit stop mid-mountain with great views and solid food for a ski lodge. It gets busy fast, so timing matters—but once you’re in, the lineup moves fairly well. The chili and fries hit the spot after a cold run, and coffee was hot and strong. Prices are typical for a resort, but the quality was better than expected. Plenty of seating and the atmosphere is lively without being chaotic. Ideal spot to refuel and head back up.
